Financial Coaching
Financial coaching is structured, one-on-one work on the behaviour behind the numbers: budgeting, saving, debt payoff and the habits that decide whether a plan survives contact with real life. It is behavioural and educational — it does not include investment, tax or legal advice.
Why plans fail even when the math is right
Most people already know they should spend less than they earn. The gap is not information, it is structure and accountability. Coaching supplies both: a plan built around your actual income pattern, and a standing appointment where progress gets reviewed.
The work is concrete — a written action plan after every session, and a summary you can return to.
Programs
Single session — a 60-minute one-on-one on a specific question, with a personalized action plan and written summary.
Financial Reset — a focused three-session program over six to eight weeks: money-habit assessment, a personalized budget and debt-payoff plan, and an accountability check-in, with worksheets and templates.
Monthly coaching — two sessions a month, messaging support between them and progress tracking against your goals.
Coaching plus Personal CFO — the habits and the numbers managed together.

Frequently asked questions
- What is financial coaching?
- Structured one-on-one work on budgeting, saving, debt and money habits, with a written action plan and accountability between sessions. It addresses behaviour, not investment selection.
- Is a financial coach the same as a financial advisor?
- No. A registered investment adviser recommends and manages investments. A financial coach works on budgeting, cash flow and habits. Dominion Strategic Holdings is not a registered investment adviser and does not manage assets.
- Do you coach in Spanish?
- Yes. Sessions, materials and written summaries are available in English or Spanish.
- How much does financial coaching cost?
- Quoted per program. Inquire and you will receive the options in writing, at no charge and with no obligation.
